Who We Are

Jacksonn Built is an Australian building company delivering quality construction, farm builds and detailed restorations across regional, rural and remote NSW and Queensland.

Founded by Cody Jackson, who picked up his first tools at 14 working alongside his father, Jacksonn Built was born out of a lifetime in the trade — an apprenticeship in Goondiwindi, a Certificate IV in Building & Construction before 21, and years of subcontracting before the company was officially established in 2022. Over seven years in the industry, one thing has stayed constant: a belief that a job worth doing is worth doing properly the first time.

We've grown up in rural Australia, and it shows in the work we take on. Farm builds, sheds, renovations, restorations — we understand the environment, we respect the people in it, and we genuinely enjoy being out there. Whether it's a new build or bringing a tired structure back to life, we bring the same standard to every site.

Our team is built the same way our projects are — on hard work, honesty, reliability, presentation and quality workmanship. We keep our sites clean and our communication straightforward, because a well-run job produces better outcomes, stronger teams and work that lasts.

Cody - Owner & Founder

Cody picked up his first tools at 14, learning the trade alongside his father before completing his carpentry apprenticeship in Goondiwindi under Makim Carter Builders. With his Certificate IV in Building & Construction earned before 21, he stepped out on his own at 19 and officially established Jacksonn Built in 2022. Seven-plus years in the industry have shaped a simple approach: hard work, honest communication, and quality workmanship on every site. Raised in rural Australia, Cody has a genuine passion for farm and remote projects — and for bringing tired structures back to life with craftsmanship built to last.

Mac - Qualified Carpenter

Mac's journey started young, on building sites with his dad and uncle in New Zealand from the age of 14, before completing his carpentry apprenticeship. After starting out in residential construction, he moved into rural building for the variety and hands-on work — and never looked back. He made the move to Australia to join Jacksonn Built, bringing with him a strong work ethic, an eye for quality, and a love of the rural lifestyle. Off the tools, you'll find him hunting, fishing or snowboarding.
